EDC features a display home in Ginninderry – Block C, 33 Yeomans Street, Strathnairn ACT 2615.
The EDC Display home will compliment the Ginninderry project team’s vision to create an environmentally sustainable community. Our 8-star energy efficient display home the ‘Onyx’ will be testament to that.
The Onyx is perfect for a family of any size. Designed for the Canberra Climate, the Onyx has high performance cladding, insulation, double-glazed windows, a 4KW Solar system. The Onyx is the ultimate family home and is available in smaller or larger designs to suit all blocks in Ginninderry.
The Display home is open Friday – Monday from 10am till 4pm.
