The Eventi is our most popular design and is the concept design that started it all of Exhibit. The floor plan entices both recreation and relaxation with the cleaverly designed spaces that flow between rooms to create a seamless relationship. The spacious kitchen of this 4 bedroom homes integrates with the open plan family and meals areas and also offers large kitchen island and walk-in pantry. A separate living room takes the open plan feeling to new heights by reflection from the central alfresco.

The eventi has the option to convert the walk in linen to a boutique office/study area.

The additional storage in the garage allows enough space for the tradesman trailer, kids bikes or can be customised to for built in shelves.
