Buchan Residence was a custom designed house with the intent of future proofing this home for the next 30+ years.
The floor plan was designed and built around a growing family. The designed focused close proximity to the 2 children’s bedrooms, bathrooms and study nook upstairs while providing the exact same rooms on the ground floor for when the kids grow up requiring privacy.
The house was designed to be incorporated easily into the landscaping by providing transparent transitions between internal living and external living areas via large open sliding doors and windows.
The house and inclusions were custom designed throughout.
The inclusions were selected to reflect timeless qualities and technology that will withstand passing trends providing the clients a home that will stay relevant to the modern family and property market.
