This h+l package was a customised Eventi. The young professional owners liked the layout and finishes of Renouf St but wanted to customise a few rooms to suits their requirements.

The house and inclusions were based on the silver and gold inclusions with some custom upgrades.
Given the close proximity to the other Eventi on that street we proposed different claddings, colours, windows/doors and landscaping to give the each house an individual appearance.
